Our products are not intended to treat, prevent or cure any disease or condition. 

The customer assumes all responsibility for proper use, maintenance and storage of all products, and any modifications or use for other than what it is intended is completely discouraged

E-liquid Storage Precautions

E-liquids contain nicotine and therefore they should be handled the same way as any chemical or medication in a home and should be locked up or stored in a manner to prevent accidental contact or ingestion, especially by children or pets who may be attracted to the appealing scents and flavors of the e-liquid.

Battery Charging Warning:

Quality batteries, non-cloned name brand, include protective circuitry that prevents overcharging when charged with proper charging systems. Utilization of an improper charger or charging system could still result in overheating and even explosion of the battery.  On the other side, they also have some level of over-draining protection, but this protection often fails if you utilize partial charging.  If you use a partial charge, more of an issue with pass-through devices, remember to give your device a full charge as soon as you can.  And, if you have completely drained your pass-through device, give it 5 or 10 minutes to get a bit of a charge before using, just in case, but especially if you are vaping heavily.

Warranties on Clearomizers and Tanks:

Due to the nature of these products, no refunds will be allowed. Many of the Clearomizers and Tanks we offer are rebuild-able (and we do carry replacement glass for many of our tanks), and the coils (which are to be periodically replaced) are the likely cause of any failure.  It is always a good idea to keep extra coils on hand as coils, on an increasingly rare occasion, are dead right out of the package.

Warranties on Batteries and Chargers:

We offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase if products fail under normal use.  This is a replacement warranty and no refunds will be given.  If your battery was poorly maintained or shows signs of mishandling, we will likely not be able to replace the device.  If we can't get credit from the manufacturer, we can not give a refund or do an exchange.  Manufacturer warranties are usually good for up to 90 days or more depending on the brand.  

Warranties on E-Liquids:

Due to the nature of e-liquid, and differences in taste and personal preferences...no returns, refunds or replacements will be given for any of the e-liquids we carry.
